RCF Youth Council overcame a strong challenge from P.D. Hinduja Hospital
by a narrow 1-0 victory in a Division-III match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league, played at the St Xavier’s ground Parel, on Monday afternoon.
Yash Shetty netted the all-important winning goal for the RCF outfit.
I another encounter, BPCL Marketing got the better of SJUM (Sarvajanik Navratra Utsav Mandal) by a 2-1 margin. Vijay Waghela and Sagar Shelar were the players responsible for getting the goals for BPCL, while Udit Rao pulled one back for the loser.
