Maharashtra’s Sub-Junior Team which will compete in the Sub-Junior National Football Championship at Goa was named by Mr. Souter Vaz, Secretary of The Western India Football Association, on Monday.
There are ten players from Mumbai, six from Nagpur, and two from Kolhapur and Thane and one each from Aurangabad and Gondia.
Ishrat Kamal, ‘C’ License coach and former India goalkeeper has been appointed as the coach of the team and Abdul Bari is the manager.
