The Maharashtra team played their first game against Arunachal Pradesh at Cuttack yesterday.
They defeated them 4-0 with goals from Ruben, Linker, Azhar and Arghya.
Maharashtra are placed in Cluster IV with Arunachal Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir. Jammu & Kashmir take on Arunachal Pradesh on 13th May while Maharashtra will play J&K on 15th May. The winner of the group will advance to the Quarter Final Stage of the Tournament.
