The Western India Football Association under the aegis of Asian Football Confederation & All India Football Federation will be conducting the AFC ‘C’ License course at Cooperage Football Ground from 21st October to 3rd December 2013.
Mr. Savio Medeira – the Assistant Coach of the Indian National team will be the instructor for the programme. The course will have two theory and two practical sessions every day.
There are different sessions on Match Analysis, Age Related Training, Laws of the game etc. The candidates will be assessed in theoretical knowledge as well as their practical coaching skills on the pitch.
“This is the second AFC ‘C’ License Course that will be conducted at Cooperage this year. This is in line with WIFA’s vision of improving the standard of coach education in the State.” said WIFA CEO Henry Menezes ahead of the course.
