WIFA - The Western India Football Association

WIFA Women’s Football League hosted two matches today where Community Football Club India faced Riva FC and Bodyline SC played against Utkarsh Krida Manch at the Cooperage Stadium, Mumbai.

 

The starting match saw Community Football Club win by a commendable 4-0 scoreline against Riva FC. CFCI’s captain, Delfiya Pereira opened the scoresheet for Community Football Club at the 8th minute. She further completed her brace at the 22nd minute.  Community Football Club dominated the proceeding as they were up by two goals. The first half ended seeing Community lead by 2 goals.

The second half commenced and Community Football Club India went on to score two more goals at the 57th minute and the 60th minute through Jennifer and Renuka’s strike.

 

South Mumbai United FC faces Snigmay FC tomorrow at a Group-B encounter of the WIFA Women’s League held in Cooperage Stadium, Mumbai.
