India’s international football friendly with 2010 World Cup hosts South
Africa slated for January 7 to mark the 150th year of arrival of Indians in the African nation has been postponed.
The South African Football Association (SAFA) has told the All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Monday that the Bafana Bafana are not available to play the friendly on the slated date.
“They have informed us that the match will be postponed,” AIFF secretary-general Kushal Das said.
