FIFA will conduct a FIFA FUTURO III education programme for Referees and Fitness Training instructors of the Region from 29th August to 3rd September 2014.
Walter Pereira who is the Chairman of the WIFA’s Referee Board will be attending to graduate as Technical Instructor.
The programme will be held at the Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo.
FUTURO III focuses on the education of member association instructors in the topics of coaching, refereeing, administration and management and Physical Training.. Participants in this programme are expected to be actively teaching in their member associations, both before and after the course with the support of FIFA.
FUTURO III courses use a regional format, assembling and educating instructors selected by the member associations from countries in a centralized venue. A maximum of two instructors per member association participates in this course

Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. There will be 4 participants of Referees Instructors and 2 Fitness Instructors while the rest of 12 countries is eligible to send 2 Referee Instructors and 1 Fitness Instructor.
