Barcode FC had things much their own way as they blanked South Mumbai United 3-0 in a Third Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League 2013-14, at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Monday.
Dictating terms from the start Barcode enjoyed a comfortable 2-0 half-time lead. Kiran Diwedi, Umang Gandhi and Mukesh Kanojia scored a goal each for the winners.
Earlier, FC Chincholi also enjoyed quite an easy outing as they romped to a fluent 2-0 win against Galasticos SC in another match of the same division. M. Fernandes and Siddharth Suvarna struck a goal each to complete their win.
